You probably don't have any open ports on your iPhone/iPod. However you can still use this tool to test port mappings on your network. For example, if your router has port 80 mapped to a web server, you can connect to your network via WiFi, then run this test on port 80. It will show as open, because incoming port 80 requests get mapped to the webserver.
